1. Get in Touch

To buy Dokodemo-Kerja, you will have to get in touch with our sales team to discuss the terms. You can reach us through Whatsapp, Online Form, Direct Call, or Email.

Our office hour is from 09:00 to 17.00 (Mon-Fri).

2. Agreement & Consultation

We will discuss and review your needs during the Agreement & Consultation phase. The Agreement includes transitioning procedure, installation process, custom features, etc.

If you wish to revise the initial agreement before a Purchase Order is issued, then feel free to do so.

3. Purchase Order

After confirming the terms of your specified requirements, we will then issue a Purchase Order which will be mailed to your office, or sent to your company email. The content of the PO includes; Terms and Agreement, Payment Terms, Number of Users, VAT, and Total Cost.

Upon the PO agreement, we will develop a customised Dokodemo Account for your company, and offer a free training session / installation service if needed.

4. Invoice

A recurring invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of the following month. You can view the invoice on your admin dashboard, or from an email that we will send you at the end of every month.

Note that:

  1. Terms of Payment: The fee closes at the end of the month, and should be paid by the end of the following month.
  2. If Dokodemo-Kerja is used for less than 10 days within the span of a month, the user wont be charged.
