Q. Who are Dokodemo-Kerja made for?

A. Dokodemo-Kerja is made for companies that want to employ remote workers and freelancers to increase company productivity ,or to add a more flexible work option for their company.

Q. Can Dokodemo-Kerja be used outside Indonesia?

A. You can use it without any problem. If you use Dokodemo-Kerja while moving to a place with different time zone during the same day, there will be no problem but the monitoring process will be a little more complicated.

Q. Can Dokodemo-Kerja operate on mobile devices?

A. Yes, with the Dokodemo-Kerja Mobile Application, staffs that go to onsite meeting or visits can use the application to track their Work Hours. In the application instead of screenshots it will record the location of the said device while the application is running.

Q. How do I know if PC and Mac can run Dokodemo-Kerja?

A. Dokodemo-Kerja supports Windows, Linux, and Macintosh.

Q. What languages are available for Dokodemo-Kerja?

A. Currently, Dokodemo-Kerja is only available in English and Indonesian.

Q. Is there a demo version of Dokodemo-Kerja that I can try before purchasing it?

Q. What if a problem occurs when I use Dokodemo-Kerja?

Q. How does Dokodemo-Kerja record employee's work hours?

A. Dokodemo-Kerja records activity and work hours of each task selected on the employee's monitor. The tracking starts and stops based on when the start/stop button is clicked.

Q. Does Dokodemo-Kerja need internet access?

A. Yes, internet access will be needed upon starting, managing Dokodemo-Kerja account, and sending activity and work hour records to the database.

Q. What will happen if my internet disconnects while running Dokodemo-Kerja?

A. There won't be a problem. Internet access is not needed for the tracking process. However, internet access is needed when the "Stop" button is clicked to send the recorded data to the database.

Q. How many users can Dokodemo-Kerja support?

A. The amount of users depends on the company's needs.

Q. Can Dokodemo-Kerja adjust the time tracker based on the timezone?

A. Yes, when Dokodemo-Kerja is activated, the application will automatically detect the local timezone.

Q. What will happen if we shut down the PC / OS (Operating System) without stopping Dokodemo-Kerja beforehand?

A. If this were to happen, the last recorded time will be the time when the last screen was captured.

Q. Can Dokodemo-Kerja system run in the background?

A. Yes, it can run in the background. When the application is closed, all services automatically ends.

Q. Can Dokodemo-Kerja be used with Mac's latest Catalina?

A. Yes, but you will need to update your security settings and allow the app to record your screen.

Q. Can Dokodemo-Kerja be used with Windows 7?

A. Yes, it is compatible with Windows 7.

Q. Where do you save the screenshots? Can Logique employees see the images?

A. We have a different server to save the screenshot and Logique employees do not have access to the screenshot images.

A. Dokodemo-Kerja which is a tool to support remote working, will help to increase employee productivity where companies can set targets and evaluations for employees based on their performance record.

Q. How effective is Dokodemo-Kerja on improving employee productivity?

A. Very effective, as Dokodemo-Kerja are able to calculate the total work hour of employees in real-time and transparently, the users then can organize their work time properly.

Q. How does Dokodemo-Kerja manage staffs who work outside of the office?

A. You can use the Dokodemo-Kerja Mobile Application, it will help you to track their Work Hours and Locations.

SUBCRIPTION

Q. Is there a minimum contract period needed to use Dokodemo-Kerja?

A. There is no minimum contract period, but we suggest trying it out for at least 1 month.

Q: How does the payment work?

At the end of each month, we will count the number of users and issue an invoice. You can pay it via bank transfer until the end of next month.

Q: Do I have to pay for an employee who uses the program for less than a month?

If an employee uses the program for less than 10 days within the span of a month, the user won’t be charged.
