Q. How does Dokodemo-Kerja record employee's work hours?

A. Dokodemo-Kerja records activity and work hours of each project on the employee's monitor. The tracking starts and stops based on when the start/stop buttons are clicked.

Q. Does Dokodemo-Kerja need an internet access?

A. Internet access is needed upon starting, managing Dokodemo-Kerja account, and sending activity and work hour records to the database.

Q. What will happen if my internet disconnects while running Dokodemo-Kerja?

A. There won't be a problem. Internet access is not needed for the tracking process. However, internet access is needed when the "Stop" button is clicked to send the recorded data to the database.

A. The amount of users depends on the company's needs.

Q. Who are Dokodemo-Kerja made for?

A. Dokodemo-Kerja is made for companies that want to employ remote workers or freelancers to increase company productivity. It can also be used to track the work hour for onsite employees.

Q. Can Dokodemo-Kerja adjust the time tracker based on the timezone?

A. Yes. when Dokodemo-Kerja is activated, the application will automatically detect the local timezone.

Q. What will happen if we shut down the PC / OS (Operating System) without stopping Dokodemo-Kerja beforehand?

A. If this were to happen, the last recorded time will be the time when the last screen was captured.

Q. Can Dokodemo-Kerja system run in the background?

A. No. When the application is closed, all services automatically ends.

Q. Can Dokodemo-Kerja be used outside Indonesia?

A. You can use it with no problem. If you use Dokodemo-Kerja while moving to a place with different time zone during the same day, there will be no problem but the monitoring process will be a little bit complicated.

Q. Can Dokodemo-Kerja operate on mobile devices?

A. Dokodemo-Kerja doesn’t yet cover staff who work on mobile devices. It is still out of our service.

Q. How do I set up Dokodemo-Kerja?

Q. Is there a minimum contract period needed to use Dokodemo-Kerja? And how do I purchase it?

A. There is no minimum contract period. Dokodemo-Kerja is available from the first month of contract. At the end of the month, we will count the number of users and issue an invoice. You can pay it via bank transfer until the end of next month.
